My Hollywood Black Rose
Here's my Hollywood Black rose bought second hand in 1968 was used in a couple of bands before marriage kids ect I've updated the electronics over the years but still has its nice crisp sound i always liked the thin neck as I don't have very long fingers it's very easy to play I've been thinking of reverting it back to its original condition I still have all the original internals but I would need a new scratch plate as the one fitted has extra holes drilled to accommodate the new electronics but so far I can't source one anywhere or do I keep it as it is don't know whether the upgrade affects the value not that I'm planning to sell my old guitar I'm 73 now and still play and she and I have had a lifetime together when I go I plan to donate all my 6 guitars and gear to a music charity
