Lutes/Ukuleles

Additional important Framus instruments from the past are lutes, ukuleles and a balalaika. There were three lute types with sonorous names like Romanze, Sonette, and Opera, but the six ukulele variants remained unnamed. The balalaika, which is mentioned in an old 1952 catalog, was available only through special order, therefore not belonging to any model series and lacking name and serial number.
